Fall 2018 Student Sponsorship Letter

The NHS Band programs sponsor letter can be used to request sponsorships from businesses and personal contacts alike.  100% of funds raised are applied to the student's assessment.  Please be sure your student's name is on the sponsorship form so funds raised can be applied correctly.

Band Camp Lunch Special - Romanacci's

Band Camp begins on Monday, 8/13.  Students will have two breaks per day to eat, Noon - 1:00pm and 3:30-5:00pm.

Romanacci's (located in front of Andrews Field) is offering a lunch special to all NHS Band and Guard members.  See the attached flyer.  Students must mention they are with the NHS Band/Guard.

This lunch special will be available to all NHS Band/Guard members for the entire Fall Marching Season.

Band Camp Lunch and Dinner Order Form - Francesca's Deli

Band Camp begins on Monday, 8/13.  Students will have two breaks per day to eat, Noon - 1:00pm and 3:30-5:00pm.  Local restaurants have graciously agreed to help make lunch and dinner breaks easier for the Band/Guard members.

There are opportunities for the students to pre-order lunches or dinners from Francesca's Deli by bringing in the corresponding attached form along with their exact change payment and handing them in to the parent coordinator by 8:45 am each morning.
  • Francesca's Deli - The meals will be delivered to the students at either NHS or Andrews Field.  The student must specify either "deliver to NHS" or "deliver to Andrews Field" on their order form.
There are also opportunities for the students to walk over and order lunch or dinner at Francesca's.  In-store pricing is the same as the attached flyers.  Students must mention they are with the NHS Band/Guard.

During Week 2 of Band Camp -  The above options will be available for lunch only from Noon-1pm.

Pre-ordering and delivery from Francesca's will continue to be available on Saturdays during Marching Band season.

Band Camp Lunch and Dinner Order Form - Bond Grill

Band Camp begins on Monday, 8/13.  Students will have two breaks per day to eat, Noon - 1:00pm and 3:30-5:00pm.  Local restaurants have graciously agreed to help make lunch and dinner breaks easier for the Band/Guard members.

There are opportunities for the students to pre-order lunches or dinners from Bond Grill by bringing in the corresponding attached form along with their exact change payment and handing them in to the parent coordinator by 8:45 am each morning.  Forms will be collected at both Andrews Field and NHS.
  • Bond Grill - These meals are only available for pick up only at Bond Grill.  Bond Grill is also offering to fill up water jugs for free!  Students who preorder are welcome to enjoy the air conditioning and eat their Bond Grill lunch/dinner inside the restaurant but are expected to leave a cash tip. A $2 tip per student would be appropriate.
There are also opportunities for the students to walk over and order lunch and/or dinner in person at Bond Grill.  In-store pricing is the same as the attached flyers.  Students must mention they are with the NHS Band/Guard.
