Cavalcade 2010
Planning has begun for our 28th annual home show, the Cavalcade of Bands which will take place on Saturday November 6, 2010. We are hoping (but not promising) that the weather will be as nice as it was last year.
The Cavalcade of Bands is the single most important fundraising event of the marching season. The money raised at Cavalcade goes to funding the bands activities throughout the year and is necessary to operate a successful band program for our children.
We need everyone’s help to put on a great show.
First, get out there and sell those ads for our program book. Every student must sell at least $300 worth of ads. Sell more and lower your assessment. Get out early and get a jump start on everyone else. Information and order forms are found on the download page.
We also ask that you please sign up to volunteer and be an integral part of what will be an exciting day and evening of music and marching at the 28th Cavalcade of Bands! There will be signup sheets available at all of the band practices in September. Sign-up early and be assured of the committee and time of your choice.
